Professional efficient and effective. Within 7 weeks of being diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes I was in the operating room at Optegra, West Didsbury, Manchester.
My wife and I arrived at Optegra at 16:10 and left at 17:28 after Mr Nguyen performed bilateral procedures, both eyes. One hour and twenty eight minutes. The nurses at Optegra made the whole experience seamless, caring and reassuring. Mr Nguyen said before starting, just listen to the music. I replied, I wish it was Canon in D Major. Within 40 seconds my first cataract was being removed to the sound of Canon in D. Total service. I now have two new eyes and whilst the world may have gone crazy, I now see things in a different light. This is how the NHS should be managed. Thank you Mr Nguyen and everyone at Optegra.
