Mr Williams is a very pleasant and understanding practitioner. He listens to all you have to say and is very helpful and constructive with suggestions about how things could be improved in your personal situation. He is very approachable.. When I have had to contact him through his secretary Zita Whitlock she has replied swiftly and with useful help. She is very pleasant. Altogether a good experience.
