This is 2 years after my Knee surgery. The pre surgery advice and post surgery advice given was excellent. I followed them and because of the pandemic I was able to rebuild my knee strength in that time given the advice of cycling & walking. Having done this I'm pleased to say everything is very much like had I hoped it has become.
I feel revitalised and athletically empowered but with caution and control not like in my youth but strong again. Thanks you Mr Dan Williams.
