Mr Williams treated me with care and a high level of professionalism from the original appointment to the post op review of my knee replacement. He explained everything to me clearly and answered my questions fully. My knee replacement was very successful and a testament to his skills. This has been life changing for me. My queries to him via his PA during this “journey” were responded to promptly and clearly.
