Mr Simillis successfully removed a tumour from my colon.
The problem was detected by routine screening and confirmed by colonoscopy a few days later. I was operated on within a week and home eight days later - just in time for Christmas.
I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process and the professionalism of the surgical and nursing teams. I felt that I was in the hands of a supreme team of professionals from start to finish.
