I eventually had my knee replacement at the third attempt following cancellations due to winter pressures and Covid19. Mr Quah kept me informed throughout. On admission and at preop appointments he was very helpful and professional answering all my queries. The operation has been very successful and follow up, although from a distance has been timely and helpful.

I had a hip replacement carried out by Mr Quah in May. The process was obviously affected by the Covid 19 problems but these were very professionally dealt with at Derby and at the hospital at Barlborough where the procedure was undertaken. Theprocedure has been very successful and my hip is virtually back to normal already. I particularly welcomed the one night stay in hospital. Mr Quah was very open and explained everything very clearly.

I had a successful TKR carried out by Mr Quah in May 2020 at Barlborough Treatment Centre. I found Mr Quah to have a caring and approachable demeanor. He also exudes a quiet self confidence...a reassuring quality in a surgeon!
