Mr Cutting is excellent. Caring, clearly spoken, tackles all issues in a straightforward way and so putting me at ease. My initial dealings with Urology were really poor and frustration but Mt Cutting very quickly restored my confidence.
Just a shame his department have a rubbish system for making appointments. That is not a reflection on those involved but the system they are required to use
