Mr Cutting talked to Keith and myself for a long time to ascertain his problems using a catheter and to discuss possible treatment for his prostate cancer if found to be necessary. He listened carefully to everything and then was able to conduct all the necessary tests except the CT and bone scans that same day. The scans were conducted within 10 days. His follow up letter arrived within 2 weeks, with immediate recommendations for the doctor. We have been promised an appointment when the scan results are available to discuss the way forward. After being in considerable discomfort for several months Keith he is already so much more comfortable - the difference is remarkable. We cannot think of anything that would improve this experience and are very grateful to have had all the tests carried out so efficiently.
