I received great care from Mr Hari. He explained everything at a pace and level that was appropriate at each stage. Obtaining appointments at a time to fit in with my work was never an issue and well supported by his secretary. Both pre and post operative support and care was of a very high standard. The scar from my surgery is now invisible. Mr Hari is a very professional, softly spoken gentleman who I would entrust any of my family into his care should they require it.
The approach was truly person centred.
