I underwent a total thyroidectomy under Dr Hari’s care. Initially I consented to the surgery but declined to have it done as I was so scared of undergoing such a procedure whilst my health was so bad. However my GP convinced me to reconsider and I met with Dr Hani. On the day of the surgery my anxiety was at an all time high and I felt so terrified. Dr Hani took the time to hear my concerns and reassured me. He was so effective I underwent the surgery and my rehabilitation has been tremendous. I’ve never felt better, and I’m so grateful that there are still Drs out there who can empathize with patients, like Dr Hani said: “this is just once for you, but I do this everyday” and I felt that was extremely reassuring. Thank you.
