I was seen by a junior doctor actually earlier than my appointment time, a first. Her sympathetic manner put me at ease and set the tone,l think, for the rest of the appointment.
Mr Siozos explained clearly and at length what the procedure would entail. His manner was also courteous and respectful.
Overall yes I did receive great care and look forward to resolving my symptoms in the very near future. Thanks to all concerned.
