Mr Macdonald took a great deal of time and trouble to explain my forthcoming procedure to me, patiently answered my questions and gave me all the information that I needed. On the day of the operation itself, he put me at my ease and explained in some detail the process and what he would be doing. The results of the procedure were excellent - I experienced no pain whatsoever and my scarring is minimal - which is pretty unbelievable. During the post-operative appointment, he carefully explained the healing process to me and next steps - again, patiently and in detail.
A polite, friendly, emotionally-intelligent and thoroughly professional doctor, I have no problem in recommending Mr Macdonald wholeheartedly.
