Chris performed submental double chin liposuction on the 14/02/2023 at the McIndoe centre. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is amazing at what he does and i am so pleased with the results. I’m 60 yrs old and from first consultation to now, 11 days later, i feel a different person. I used to look in the mirror or photos people take of me and see this double chin, but it’s mostly gone now and it will get a lot better as the swelling fades. My worries before was that i would be in pain and my skin would be hanging and not spring back into place. Well very little pain at all. When i woke from my general i had to ask if the surgery had gone ahead as i felt normal with no pain. Also my skin isn’t hanging, it’s shaping up fantastic. I would advise that you make sure that you have the right skin to have this surgery. The surgeon should tell you. Chris had a good check of my skin quality before agreeing to the surgery. He also visited me within an hour of me waking up and reassured me the surgery had gone well with a decent amount of fat being removed. You get loads of pain killers etc to take away with you and instructions but i didn’t need much of them as it was more of a numbness than pain. So Chris, i highly recommend to do your surgery. The McIndoe centre is great as well, staff making you feel special , lovely private room, seem to be loads of staff. I arrived at centre at 0700hrs, operation at 0815hrs, woke about 0945hrs, had cups of tea, lunch, biscuits and discharged at 1600hrs , i wanted to leave earlier but they wouldn’t let me, which was fair enough. They won’t let you go until they are sure you are well enough and ok. This treatment was private. Knowing what i know now i would have paid double as everything went so smoothly and the surgery, for me, has had incredible results so far.
