Chris Macdonald performed a sentinel lymph node biopsy and removed my skin cancer scar.
When we first met he answered all of my questions and was careful to reassure me about the future. He and Donna were very patient and gave me some leaflets to read at home.
The day of the surgery went really smoothly (I would recommend making sure you are really comfortable before the scanners starts though as this does take quite a while). There were no problems at all and everything healed up brilliantly.
I am very relieved that they didn’t find any signs of melanoma and wish I could carry on going to see Chris for my check ups in the future rather than my dermatolagist.
I would never wish this on anybody but if you do need surgery for skin cancer, you would be lucky to have Chris treating you.
