i have complete confidence in Mr Munsch who answered my questions to my satisfaction and put me at my ease. He was entirely professional throughout my consultation and explained my forthcoming procedure in terms that I could understand. I also found the staff in his department very friendly and helpful and his secretary was more than helpful with my initial enquiry. Excellent!
