Prof Bulstrode was very thorough and listened carefully to what was being said. He was empathetic and gave the patient, who has learning difficulties, encouragement, time and praise for explaining her condition and how she felt.
He also apologised for the amount of time we had to wait and explained why this was. Excellent care.
