I came in with a few small pieces of metal in my eye, He used a little humour to help ease my nerves, He explained very throughly what he was going to do and was through checking my eye after he had removed the pieces of metal to ensure he had got it all.
Really nice guy and nice to find a doctor who actually connects with his patients.
