My mother was admitted to the A & E Department of the JR Hospital where she was seen by Prof Bulstrode. She was in a confused state, but Prof Bulstrode managed to get across to my mother what he was doing and what he had arranged in the way of admission to to hospital for further tests.
His manner was very reassuring.
