I had fantastic care from Mr Christopher Bailey who performed my operation to the anaesthetist who kept me nice and sedated during my knee replacement operation. The nurses and everyone else who were involved in my care were just brilliant. The physiotherapists who were involved were also excellent.
I was so impressed with Sarum Road hospital - lovely room and ensuite - good and varied food and staff who were so willing to help and to please.
Mr Bailey came to see at the start of each day whilst I was there - to check everything was ok. He also came on my day of departure as did the anaesthetist. I couldn't have wished for better care. Before my operation Mr Bailey explained everything to me and was open to any questions I had. The same applied after surgery - answering any queries I had in such a pleasant manner.
Thank you so much to everyone at Sarum Road - I am one very grateful lady indeed.
