Expained proposed surgery and expected recovery in easily understood terms. I was referred from the Harbour Hospital in Poole to their sister facility, the Sarum Hosapital in Winchester, where the operation was performed. Good experience in Sarum Hospital.
The only area where an improvement could be made was in communicating expected Consultant expectations / requirements with the physio's back at the Harbour Hospital Poole where the post surgery needs were addressed. I must add that this is being a little "picky" as I can only recommend the personal service afforded to me.
