While the NHS doctors were faffing about deciding what is wrong with my knee, Mr Bailey saw me one, explained it all and explained what he would be doing. A few weeks later, the operation was performed and a couple of months later, the knee was well on the way to being recovered.
By far, the friendliest and most helpful doctor I have ever seen.
