I saw Mr Christopher Bailey for a frozen right shoulder after suffering several dislocations.
He noticed that I had hyper mobility in my joints, which had never been pointed out to me before and referred me for an MRI scan, which diagnosed a tear in my labrum. He then performed a MUA (manipulation under anaesthetic) which successfully increased my range of movement and a course of physiotherapy to strengthen my shoulder.
I always felt listened to and all my options were always well explained to me.
I now have a great result and am very grateful to Mr Bailey and the physio team at Sarum Road hospital and because of the great care I received, I was recently able to fully take part in the family skiing holiday- Thank you so very much!
