He fully understood the difficulties I was experiencing with my knee and talked me through the procedure to replace my knee. He came to see me immediately after my operation to reassure me all had gone well.
I saw him 3 months after my operation and he explained in detail using X-ray’s showing how my new knee looked. He was a pleasure to talk t.
