From the initial consultation you are put at ease with his polite and friendly nature, explaining and answering all questions you have on the procedure necessary.
You are seen before and after your surgery, again explaining all that has happened to you and what needs to be done next. And all after care appointments were prompt, on time and courteous.
Mr Bailey and all of the Nuffield Hospital staff from Receptionists, Nurses, Theater Staff and Physiotherapists were all excellent, professional and helpful and come very highly recommended.
