Mr Bailey clearly describe the procedure involved with full knee replacement and also showed the condition on an x-ray slide that was restraining the distance I was able to walk, without having to have a short rest. He also responded to a number of my questions which relieved a small number of my anxieties. I left the appointment feeling confident with the outcome of the procedure.
