He was very courteous, empathetic, informative, responsive, welcoming and helpful.
The surgery carried out seems to have been efficient and effective with recovery rates well within predictive timescale. (I am now in my post-operative 12th week having been signed off by the physio.) It all seems to have been a highly professional job. What more can I add ?
