Doctor was friendly, caring and sympathetic to my needs. Felt he listened to me and fully understood my concerns. His professional approach made me feel confident about the outcome of my surgery.
Needs to ensure that patients don't only have the worst scenario about pain level as everybody is different and I thought the pain would be more severe than it was.
His secretary needs to make sure he has all paperwork in time for patient appointment as my physio. sent him a report a nine days before I saw him but he hadn't seen it.
