I want to THANK Mr Baily he was very informative, made me feel at ease, he showed me the x Ray of the partial knee replacement which I hadn't really seem .He answered any of my questions.I had a no- nonsense, beating about the bush approach what I like as a straight forward Scottish lady. A VERY clever man .
