I felt complete confidence in Mr Anderson from the first consultation. He is experienced, professional, courteous, organised. I accepted on the spot his recommendation to fit a suprapubic catheter to relieve pressure on my bladder (due to benign enlarged prostate) and he fitted this successfully in a hospital operation three weeks later. He made sure that I had access to the necessary bags and equipment to use the catheter and in a further consultation explained how to keep everything clean and avoid infection. I am expecting that Mr Anderson will carry out the substantive surgery on my prostate later this summer.
