Mr Anderson was approachable and efficient, listening to my comments and suggesting possible scenarios for the condition I was experiencing. Very much appreciated was the calm and knowledgable explanation for the pathway to diagnosis that was to be employed and this was organised promptly. What could have been a stressful week or so as a result of information imparted by the GP was transformed into something quite routine and uneventful. His professionalism was very much appreciated.
