From the outset Dr Anderson makes you feel welcome and at ease. Shows genuine interest in getting to know the person as well as the medical situation. The approach to assessing and discussing the situation is calm and confident. Importantly there is no sense of being managed or led. One feels totally involved and in control of any decisions that may need to be taken.
A credit to the profession.
