Mr Anderson was friendly and supportive.
He explained everything in detail about my condition and the treatments available He listened to any questions and concerns I raised and reassured me. He used diagrams to help me to understand and talked me through the treatment and procedure that was finally decided on. The procedure has been a success. I have been very pleased with the outcome.
