From my first meeting with Mr Anderson I had great confidence in him. He was professional, clear and calm and reassuring. He regularly visited me following the surgery and phoned me up when I was at home to check how I was doing. All in all I was extremely impressed and grateful to him for his care. The operation appears to have proceeded smoothly and everything he told me about it, and the likely prognosis, proved accurate.
