Mr Anderson was incredibly information, direct and professional. He completely put me at ease and laid out all the options systematically explaining the pro's and con's, and then gave his recommendation. He made it very easy to come to a decision I was happy with and I trusted him completely. On the day of the surgery his bedside manner squashed any nerves or concerns I had, and everything went smoothly.
