Mr Anderson is a no nonsense man. He explained the medical issues clearly so I knew exactly what my situation was. Subsequently, I felt very confident going into surgery. In all follow up consultations, I have felt equally confident and comfortable in asking him questions, and he has always been very pleasant and caring.
