Very professional service throughout. What I like about Chris is he is clearly a great surgeon but he is also a people person with a nice manner, and he makes you feel at ease. I feel he'd give an honest answer to any question I ask and that's important. I have a small lump after the surgery and he's explained what this is and made it clear I can go back if I need more advice or treatment so I feel he genuinely wants the best outcome.
More explanation pre-op on the possible outcomes would be handy but I would defintely recommend Chris.
