I had torn my acl for a second time after a previous reconstruction. My knee would give way several times a day causing great pain and distress. Dr Gupte has been amazing. Explained everything to me and listened to what I had to say. I had the first stage of my reconstruction surgery in September and my knee has not given way since. I know I may need one or two more operations but have the most confidence in Dr Gupte as the difference the first surgery has made is amazing and I can finally see my life getting back to normal.
