After many years of treatment for skin cancer. I saw Mr Ekwobi who quickly realised that my cancers where spreading into my lymph nodes . I was sent to see a specialist at Chorley Hospital who diagnosed that cancer was in my lymph nodes. Mr ekwoba on getting the result came off leave to carry out surgery. Unfortunately my body rejected the anesthetic and the surgery was cancelled.Mr Ekwobi and his team decided that surgery would be carried out with local anesthetic. This would have to be carrid out in the middle of Covid 19, a very brave decision and followed this up by transferring me to Rosemere for a month of radiotherapy. The people at Rosemere where brilliant with and Mr ekwobi has continued to check on me and along with his assistant Natasha Welogorska has just carried out further surgery at Chorley. I feel that I could not have had any better treatment from everyone concerned. Especially under all of the current Covid restrictions. A big thank you to all concerned.
