I had a total thyroidectomy done by Mr. Eng and as this was my first operation I've ever had I was obviously very nervous about everything but I could not have asked for a better doctor. Mr. Eng explained everything in great detail so that I fully understood everything and answered any questions I had and always ensured me that if I had any other question I could always call his secretary to pass on any message and he would get back to me.
I have had many compliments about how neat the scar is which I am very grateful for.
At my first follow up appointment again he answered all my questions and told me that even though I will not be having any more appointments with him I can still get in touch with his secretary anytime.
Would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Eng and his team. I am very grateful!
