I found this doctor highly approachable, attentive and someone who not only listened to me but acted upon my concerns immediately. I received , only what I could describe as a '5 Star' service at Southend hospital on Tuesday 26th October, at an appointment following up on a recently fractured elbow. Mr Chauhan examined my elbow, suggested and fully explained a range of exercises to retain full movement in my elbow going forward. He listened to the symptoms that I was experiencing and immediately organised a CT scan to check that the injury was not displaced in any way. Then after the CT scan he fitted me into his busy clinic to explain the results, allaying any concerns that I had. I would highly recommend this doctor.
