Dr Kaliaperumal has been fantastic from first meeting him, he was always very open and honest and explained everything in a way i could understand. Post surgery I was extremely distressed as was blind, the Dr came round and reassured me that it was likely to be temporary and I immediately felt better. The Dr was very good at keeping my family informed during an extremely difficult time. Post surgery he has been great at keeping in touch and checking in on the progress of my recovery. I feel he genuinely cares about me and my recovery and am grateful to have received such good care.
Overall the staff in ERI were amazing.
