to reassure anyone seeking honest prognosis and treatment of the very highest order for any spinal issue you should look no further than Mr Caspar Aylott, I have have had 2 injections and 2 invasive procedures of a total of 9 carried out , this is the ONLY Surgeon who was successful , competent with a no issues long term care and supervision way way above and beyond what was required of him , for which I shall be eternally grateful .
