I was so delighted with the results from my Body Lift, that I returned to Mr Raine at Refine Surgeons for a Mastopexy. The results are super, and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. From my initial consultation on what the procedure entailed and discussion on side effects through to the actual surgery and recovery, everything was textbook. It helped that I had already had one surgery, so I knew what to expect, but Mr Raine was very careful to step through all aspects of the surgery thoroughly. He listened to all the questions that I had, and was available any time I wanted additional meetings, dealing with any of my anxiety with patience and his very pleasant nature. The administration side at Refine was also first rate. All correspondence, check-in and pre-op meetings were arranged and took place as expected. Care on the day at the Spire Shawfair was also superb, with nothing being a problem. Post-op care was extremely good. I am now signed off and the results of both surgeries are amazing. I really am thrilled. I have no complications, and the scars are healing well (I’ve even had a couple of doctor friends comment on how neat the scars are, too!) My wardrobe is getting a massive overhaul and I feel fabulous. I thoroughly recommend Mr Raine, Refine and Spire.
