On meeting Mr Ramsay for the first time at the consultation, I was immediately put at ease by his confident and friendly manner. He explained fully the operation procedures and answered any questions clearly. I felt great confidence in Mr Ramsay and the team. After the operation, Mr Ramsay looked in on me several times to check how I was doing, and told me that, providing all the post operation checks were good, I could go home that day, which was the case. I am very impressed with the care I received from Mr Ramsay and the whole team on the ward. I have not felt any discomfort, and in my opinion, the operation was a total success and my stay in hospital was extremely good. I have only praise for Mr Ramsay and the staff on the ward. They are a credit to themselves and the NHS... I am a very happy bunny.
