Mr Ramsey was very informative about the procedure before my operation, he asked me pertinent questions and gave me advice as to the best way to move forward with the operation. After the procedure he made sure that I was able to manage my expectations after major surgery , and checked to see how I was progressing. This was always done with consideration and I appreciated his care and humour which made a stressful situation easier to cope with. Patients feel vulnerable in the hospital environment and to have that high level of care was very reassuring and I am very grateful.
