Mr.Ramsay instilled great confidence from the moment I met him. He was smiley and welcoming and was easy to talk to. He asked me to go over the situation as I saw it and then explained exactly what he intended to do . He was careful to highlight the possible problems but was very positive about my condition and the excellent outlook. Post-operatively he visited me three times during the 24 hours before I was discharged.
He was supported by very capable staff who looked after me skilfully and cheerfully in a very pleasant and efficient hospital.
I genuinely could not have asked for better treatment.
