I didn't meet Mr Ramsay until the day of the surgery. He seemed very pleasant. The pre-surgery chat seemed a bit rushed but I understand how busy the hospital is.
I was told that the surgery was successful, however I had a post-op infection and 6 months down the line now and I'm still in pain that wasn't there before the surgery. I've not seen Mr Ramsay since the day of the surgery and feel that the aftercare therefore is not acceptable.
