Mr Madhok was a true and polite gentleman at all times, from our first meeting at The Nuffield in Derby, before and after my operation in the Private Health Suite at the Royal Derby Hospital, and the post-op phone call 8 weeks later.
He took time to explain everything thoroughly at every meeting and assured me that I could call him in the future if necessary.
My husband and I were extremely happy with the whole experience.
