I found Mr Madhok to be welcoming, pleasant and polite. He asked what my symptoms were and how long I had had them and made the suggestion to have my gall bladder removed. He explained all the risks and benefits from having this procedure.
A date was made for my surgery 2 weeks after my initial consultation.
