Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf performed key hole surgery for the removal of my gallbladder September 2016 at the BMI Alexandra Hospital.
Mr Alkhaffaf was very professional and thorough, he explained the procedure and what to expect during and after surgery. Recovery was much quicker than I expected, with very little scarring and no complications.
Mr Alkhaffaf had an approachable, pleasant and friendly bedside manner and I would highly recommend him!
